Good idea for new testing grounds to get more pilots on SISI

I was talking with a guy in 6-cz49 about the old system with FFA-supcap, FFA-cruiser and down. etc etc. so we where thinking since this was a highmaintanance system because ppl allways broke the rules, why dont we have a couple extra CA's maybe in PVH8-0 with warpgates (i know everyone would end up warping in to zero) theese gates would have the restrictions such as. t1 only/cruiser and down only/Destroyers and down only/and ofc the normal ca's would be for battleships and anyone that wanna warp in at range etc.. this gives people much more time to discover bugs rather than fitting a ship and going out getting blown and then having to fit again, never getting any longer than fit-die-fit.

im hoping this is a idea worth persuing and i know it would make alot of new pilots get on SISI because they have a chance to test their beloved dessies and t1 frigs :)

More folks need to use PVH in general. At one time it had a nice sub-cap contingent most of the time, but now its not ever populated.
