i ve exactly the same problem .

-repair.exe dont work cause update of the last version wont work.
- tryed to download generic patch, but i cant download anything from eveonline.com (but i can download what i want from any site)
-tryed to launch directx.exe from bin directories and other eve.exe file from CCP folder.

i ve this problem since the downtime. strange.

i can download nothing on eveonline.com !!
repair.exe dont work cause the update dont work cause i CANT download on your server!!! I CANT dl a new eve instaler and the playload.
I VE ZERO TROUBLE ON ANOTHER WEBSITE !
I ve send a bug report and a petition 2 days ago AND I VE NO RESPONSE !

HOW FIX THIS PROBLEM ???
