Can you share ignore lists between characters and accounts?

See title. I currently don't bother to do stuff like ignore scammers in Jita local because the next time I fly by on another toon/account they'll just pop up again. Is there some way to do this? Thanks.

To elaborate, I mean "share in an automated fashion." For example, if I knew which file EVE stores ignore lists in, I could ignore people on one toon and then copy/paste that file X time, renaming it for my other toons/accounts.
