Voted.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

In Soviet Russia the votes own you!

Malcanis wants us to believe he's independent, but his platform looks like a Wal-Mart special. And it's ironic he's stepping in more and more Goonie threads in defense of them too.

Rigged is an understatement.

The rigging is pretty obvious, if one just bothers to look for it. Every year it's the people who organize and bother to show up to vote who end up controlling the CSM. The whole system is designed in a way, that ensures only people with popular support get elected. It's a true travesty.

If u like lowsec, solo or small gang pvp and the better state for the game in general. This is the right list for you

1. Malcanis
2. Psychotic Monk
3. Mangala Solaris
4. Ripard Teg
5. Riverini
6. Trebor
7. Steve Ronuken

Very similar to how I voted, with the exception of Malcanis. He reeks of nullberries.

Yeah. Malcanis comes across as someone from the nullsec block.

Also he is quite fixed on his opinions for the game and will not listen to anyone else without replying with a sarcastic remark. Seeing as the CSM will be a intermediary between the playerbase and CCP for this reason I had to leave him off my ballot. Can't be doing with that attitude for a whole year.

If you vote me onto the CSM, I'll have far less time to post in here.

Vote Malc for CSM8 - it'll shut him up!

He's not a perfect candidate, but then he doesn't claim to be, either.

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. But scream it at them in Esperanto, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

Didn't vote? Then you voted for NulBloc

You can tell I'm a bloc puppet because 3 out of my 13 recommendations were for bloc candidates, and only 4 were for empire candidates.

Sheeple are folks like you, Wal-Mart special.

Only reason they're aren't endorsing you is? They're endorsing their own candidates.

It doesn't mean you won't slip under their sheets.

What does "Wal-Mart Special" even mean in this context? It sounds like the kind catch-phrase "criticism" that sounds good but doesn't actually have any relation to the subject. Please do define it for us.

Who said anything about people endorsing me? I mentioned that I have endorsed 10 non-bloc and 3 bloc candidates. If that's your idea of sheep-like confirmity I don't know what to say to you other than "baaa-aah".

EDIT: And if you're referring the CFC and HBC recommended voting list, they have included me, along with several other non-goon/TEST candidates. What now?

The CSM is what it is. It's not omnipotent, but there's a middle ground between omnipotence and total irrelevence. No other game company engages with the player base at nearly such an involved level. So what's the argument for not getting the most we can out of the opportunity?

I don't agree with Malcanis on some things. On others, I feel he's right on. He's right on here.

The fact of the matter is, apathy like this precludes a CSM doing what a CSM needs to do. When the players put their wallets behind the CSM (See CSM 6), CCP will listen. For that to happen, the CSM needs to be united and active.

yay I am the voting masses!

Next year can we settle this by making it so which ever candidate has the highest bounty is the winner?
It gives you a whole year to figure out how to make sure you can only bounty them a set amount.
Then they have to give an acceptance speech in Jita by the monument.
Lulz will be had.
And tears lots of them.

We've made some updates to the UI for voting to hopefully make it even easier to express your voice in the CSM8 Elections.

Click here for more information on the changes.

EDIT: If you are having trouble hitting submit after reloading your candidate list on another account, try dragging down one of your choices and then moving the choice back up. This may fix the issue.

The 'Submit Vote' button isn't working. On rollover it links to javascript:void(0);

Why can't we go back to paper ballots? j/k but seriously would like to be able to vote....?
