Confirming that that price will never come down, that production of the PS3 will stop the instant that the PS4 launches, and that all existing PS3s will sublime into vapour.

PS who can remember the price the PS3 launched at? Google tells me $599. If we assume inflation at 4% for 6 years since, that equates to $750 today.

Last time i checked Dust is for the PS3 so ur problem would be??

PS3 is a console whose generation is ending, to be replaced by the PS4. Dust is still very new, and if it wants any hope of success, it'd have to be ported to the PS4. The PS4 having such a stupidly high launch price (in combination with the probability that Planetside 2 will also be on PS4) is Bad News Bears for Dust. If it's true, of course.

Eh that happens,

Also I dont trust that site one bit, it claims the PS4 to have Half Life 3 as an exclusive, which will never happen knowing Valve they are a big PC gaming supporter.

And the fact that most other gaming news websites talk about prices ranging from $429 to $529 depending on the model.

They kept making PS2s for a long long time (Wikipedia says until late 2012), and they sold well, mebbe the same will happen for PS3?

The bigger question is, does the exclusivity agreement expire when they stop making the PS3?

It's possible, I guess. Dust really does have awful timing, though, due to it largely being a turd created by the CCP of old that the CCP of new (i.e. post Summer of Rage) is desperately trying to polish into something that they can use.

Since they will likely have versions of DUST compatible with both PS3 and PS4, who really cares?

lol, op falling for more rumors. it wont be that high, the ps3 barely sold any first gen models because of the price. I'm banking closer to around 450-500 bucks considering it IS all outdated pc parts.

That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers.
