checking item profitability based on history

I was wondering if there are tools out there that could help me to review profitability of traded particular items based on history. The tricky part is that I got numerous chars in different hubs and hauling them around, so I would need tool that connects all the data.

Also preferably count average ISK and % profit per item for certain period of time instead just providing total profit numbers (which might not be correct due to available stock).

Does anyone know any tool that could do this?

evehq might fit the bill, though I'm sure there are others (EMMA, if it's still around)

The problem is a commonly available version of this program would invalidate itself. If people could easily look up what the most profitable items were on average the margins would quickly be ruined as everyone tried to get into those markets.

I'm not saying there isn't programs that could do this but any of them which are publicly available are going to be wildly inaccurate.

to clarify, I need program to do analysis for my own traded items, not to scout market for margins. Idea is to review my traded items to see what nets what profit.

Perhaps this can even be done in exel, but I would like to avoid making it in case there's solution already available.

EVE HQ has some of these features in the PRISM plugin.

- Some built in reports for income vs expense
- Trade profit/loss report

All tracked by character or corporation
