UI Change: Better control over chat window tabs

Right now the way the chat window works is that it opens the previously opened tabs on logging in, however at the same time it does this, the order appears to change randomly, thus making it increasingly harder to find what you want quickly when you want it. Important channels such as intel might shift their position and lead into crucial information getting leaked out in the public, when the intended target would of course be restricted to your corp or alliance.

What I'm suggesting is that since there obviously already is a list of chats to be opened, that it also saves the order of them. This should take all possible channel password changes into account too, as a simple change there would obviously cause them to open in a different order, with the unchanged ones opening automatically and the changed one opening upon entering the correct password.

For increased functionality, it could also have an easier method of moving the said tabs, similarily to the way tabs work on programs like Firefox. Drag and drop to place. Also related to chat windows, when using a high number of chat windows and the channel names start to lose information such as the user count in channel and the whole name of the channel, the tabs should also include tooltips stating this information on mouseover.
