this new skill book called (bribe) should be a new skill you can learn this skill well let you talk with agents that you can pay in order to bribe them into fixing your sec for a fee like say you have a bad sec of -5.9 you pay maybe 10mill or so and get it fixed to -5.0 and it can only be done every 24hrs well skill lowers the cost to pay for it that would be crazy cool if you could us low sec people would love it big time !!!!!!!!Pirate

In no certain terms will this ever be abused to high heaven.

Looking to talk on VOIP with other EVE players? Are you new and need help with EVE (welfare) or looking for advice? Looking for adversarial debate with angry people?

I think a bribe skill might be useful for war decs.

Someone is effectively bribing CONCORD so they can war dec you, you then bribe CONCORD to refuse the original bribe, say war dec cost +50%(-5% per skill level). Then the aggressors get to re-bribe CONCORD at your bribe level +50% (-5% per skill level, giving each set 24 hours to make their counter offer. With the costs continually spiraling up until someone gives in or for that matter if the defender bribes the aggressor not to war dec them.

Nice isk sink and war decs make CONCORD bribes make more sense.

Any spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors are because frankly, I don't care!!

Given that a war dec can set an industrial alliance back billions a week, for them it is a good fix

I meant the OP. Sec Status for isk is always going to be exploited like no tomorrow. Just saw your post on it. I've always wondered why we weren't able to 're-bribe' CONCORD tbh.

Actually I'd like to see a skill called "Spin Doctor" that reduces the standings loss when doing things that a faction doesn't like.

Examples:

1) Storyline mission for Gallente, gain +5% Gallente, but lose 2.5% Caldari. Spin Doctor skill kicks in, now reads +5% Gallente and -1.5% Caldari... for example.

2) Shoot a faction navy NPC ship, -5% standings. Spin Doctor skill kicks in, now only -2% standings.
