I'd go with the Leviathan:

Full rack of meta 1 seige launchers and a Doomsday.
Full rack of officer BCUs
Mids to taste

Still won't kill ****-all with it. DPS isn't the most important thing you want, but for a Caldari DPS fit, that's about the biggest number I can get outside Capital Ships.

Damage Application and Efficiency are much more important.

Also, learning to fly and fit is important too. getting a 10 billion ISK fit off the forums and then going out will still get it spectacularly killed in short fashion.

Take inspiration and ideas from forum fits, fire up EFT and fit to your skills and piloting strengths will be way more effective than What Am Biggest Gun fits...
