That is not how such bid works. It's more like if you get quotes for a project from multiple contracts. The OP would pick the lowesr bid.

I think you're mistaken here. We only shoot stuff we get paid to shoot, especially when it's regarding pos bashes. unless someone finds a way to make high sec dreads.
