The answer is obvious:

Step 1: Buy a lot of platinum technite.
Step 2: Pay someone to RF/kill all those poorly defended Aridia/Genesis/everything close to there ***Cobalt*** moons that have simple reactors on them.
Step 3: Sell platinum technite at much higher prices.
Step 4: Make new thread.


Disclaimer: It doesn't seem obvious at first but there's a LOT of isk sitting in those regions and the platinum technite supplied from there has single handedly resulted in the massive depression of platinum technite prices and ALL it's derivatives.
