Outpost Deployment in 0.0

I have a couple of questions about outposts that searches haven't answered:

1. When setting up an outpost in 0.0 is there any way to determine the undock direction before anchoring the egg? I have looked at several outposts and it seems to be random.

2. Is it possible to setup an outpost at the same planet as an infrastructure hub?

1) No you cant choose direction.
