Pirate missile boat?

Why are there no pirate missile boats? Those that can even fit launchers are more like drones boats, and while the velocity bonus helps supplement the drones to a certain degree why is there a direct bonus to the damage/RoF of every other weapon other than missiles on pirate faction ships?

I'd really like missile based pirate faction ships with some kind of supporting ewar bonus in addition to a missile damage bonus. Just like 90% webs on Serpentis/Blood ships...or the tracking bonus on Sansha ships. A missile explosion radius/velocity bonus would be cool for instance. Pirate faction ships should be top notch by definition, right?

Where'd the EWAR come from? I just want a nice reskin of a battleship with decent bonuses to missiles so I can carebear harder.

Completely overhaul all angel ships to be missile boats with a target painter bonus. That fits right? Plus has the upside of trolling every dram/cyna/mach pilot in existence.

Or since sansha ships are so crappy now (minus nightmare), revert them to the old design of being tracking disruptor based missile boats.

My guess is a pirate missile ship would run into the same issues balance-wise as the old Drake. They already have Tengu fleets, this would be adopted en masse by the null fleets assuming it wasn't crap.

Painter bonus on a missile boat works for me, so yeah something with that sexy Angel camo hurling missiles would be hot. CCP just needs to rework Torp specs a bit.

Also, when they change tracking disruptors to effect missiles, then a hull bonus for that on a missile boat might not be a bad thing either.

What with the recent rebalancing of things, this actually wouldn't be an awful role for a caldari/minmatar pirate faction, should they decide that it should be a thing.

Maybe if they bring out pirate BCs, we'll see some missile love.
Or the already mentioned caldari/minmatar faction that doesn't exist yet...or does it?

I can't imagine Minmatar and Caldari ships working because it's be like mashing together a 2013 Lexus with a 1990 Toyota. Or your preferred car brands. It'll be a amalgamation of jutting parts, superfluous bits and pieces and overall would not look decent.

Personally I always thought making the Rattlenake into a drone/quasi missile boat was an abomination.

Blood Raider Rokh hull with Range and Explosion velocity bonuses for Torps and a web where? You can handwave it in lore and say it's stolen from the Khanid who stole it from the Caldari.

If and a big if, CCP adds the final two cross-trainable pirate factions Minmatar-Caldari and Gallente-Amarr, I suspect that the Minmatar Caldari would be Mordu's Legion, and they'd probably be missile users. As for Gallente-Amarr wither EoM or Rogue Drones, being laser-drones or something along those lines.
