IS Boxer?

I read something, somewhere that it was going to be considered the same as Botting soon. Unfortunately I cant find it, anyone else read what I am describing, and can link it, I would apreciate it.

Knowing only one person that has ever used it (but aware if others), would say do not bother.

Yeah all I can find is this blog pointing to a change but I can't find anythign specific on it from CCP. of course even Google fails sometimes. :) Well i wasn't interested in using it I was trying to convince a corpie to not put all his time and effort into it, as I am sure the game is fun with one or even two but 15 makes it a job.

Ok I can see that this topic has many fans, and even more trolls. But using the search function results in ‘no topics found’ under IS Boxer, perusing the forums line by line is rather ridiculous as persisting in this course of action requires delineating 5mil troll posts from the one or two constructive and helpful posts.

My question was simply: Does anyone have any information about CCP’s proposed future position on IS Boxer, and could they link that information?

Lacking anything constructive to add to the conversation? Then please don’t add anything.

Search function suked in the past as much as it suks today.
Better google it with 'EVE' as first search string.

Other then that what I read, I don't use it since I'm on a Mac is that it uses some code that is used by botmakers for their bot sh*tware so you have a chance to be detected as 'positive' by whatever CCP is using to detect botters.

If you where me I stayed on the safe side and used what most of us use a mouse and a keyboard and stay far away from anything that can even remotely be seen as automation software.

No, and it doesn't matter anyway. Their current position is clear and well-known, and it's the only one that is of any relevance.

And thanks to you too, having never used it I assumed the spelling would have been seperated with a space. I will peruse through those 25 pages and see if there is any clues as to the future legality of it.

Recently they stated, it's still ok...but it may actually break the EULA....Which is does...Lol

I wouldn't worry though, CCP will do anything to keep people buying alts....Cool
