So, because this is a "GAME":

I do missions and be happy then someone warps on me and steal my loot
I shoot the wrecks to prevent him from stealing the loot
He ask for 100 mill or he wardec because I shot the wrecks to prevent him from stealing "MY" LOOT
he wardec and clearly states that he will not allow me to do missions or anything anymore
Then when we complain about this **** we get answer "This is a GAME, and that is NORMAL GAME play"

Thank you "GAME"

Notes:
1- I'm not trolling
2- I'm not talking about ninja salvaging (because I had ninjas come and salvage my wrecks and go leaving my loot alone)
3- I'm not whining because this would be in a different way if I want to whine
4- I'm not trolling
5- Spare yourself and myself the time to write/read stupid comments like GTFO etc etc because it was nice knowing a "GAME" called EVE for the past 7 months

Basically keeping the 30% happy on the account of ruining the "GAME" for the 70% is something normal around here

Do you have citations for this 70% who is unhappy?

As for the war dec, fit ships and kill, or ditch your corp and go to the noob corp. You can not be wardecced in noob corp.

Seriously your enjoyment was destroyed because people want to interact wit you? You may want a single player experience.

There's a reason EVE is famous for its learning curve. It's not yours unless you can defend it and the moment you undock, you consent to pvp. CONCORD in High Sec isn't there to protect you, it's a sort of "tax" for those who are out to kill you and if they deem you a worthy target, they WILL kill you.

Simply put, if you can't handle it, this isn't a game for you. There are plenty of traditional MMOs out there if you wish to play that way.

So someone was mean to you and you think it's the game's fault? No, you should realize that you're on a level playing field. Get skills, or get friends, or get a merc corp to slaughter the guy. It's a war dec, and it doesn't grant him invulnerability from you.

The best tears in the game are the tears of wardeccers that get shot up by supposed carebears.

I dont see what you are complaining about? Someone is finally trying to get you into the fun part of the game, and you say you cant play it? You should thank him and go out to kill him. (ingame that is)

Exactly this....!

If you are going to join a corp, then Man-Up and accept the war-dec, its part of the game.

On a more serious (and less flaming) note:

DON'T pay the 100mil, you will forever be labeled as an easy mark.

Loot is yours, Salvage is anybody's who finds it.
They can salvage the wreck but get suspect flagged if they take any of the modules etc that are either in the wreck (solid triangle rather than empty) or from a cargo container that is spawned when you salvage a wreck with contents.

People make reasonable isk salvaging (I was going to put stealing salvage, but since it doesn't belong to you they can't steal it) and if you keep getting your stuff stolen then move system to a quieter system.

This is eve, where people WILL violate your space canoe, will steal your stuffs, and will try and make sure you don't "have a nice day"

But this is also eve where there are plenty of agents in quiet systems that you can mission run for in peace if you wish to. I can honestly say I've probably run thousands of missions in my time, and can count on 1 hand the number of times people have come into the site and taken stuff, I normally warp out and let them deal with the rats, then warp back in when they've gone.

If you're determined to mission whore in a major mission hub then you will get ninja salvagers as it's worth their time since they know there will be plenty of wrecks in space for the taking.

Leave the char in station when wardecced if you don't want to fight yet. Train first alt while that char is in station, enjoy more missions, perhaps make the alt a different faction for variety. Use your 2nd alt as an alpha clone in an NPC corp and enjoy the possibilities.

...remember that someone is there wasting isk wardeccing your other char Cool

Understand CCP allows sociopaths to play the game.

It's a parasitic relationship. CCP allows them to do almost what they please, and they pay CCP to screw them.

Now you know why they're so gung-ho nasty, as they're now too far into the game to leave (addicted even), and must convince themselves they weren't "had".

The ultimate scam in the game.

War decks happen, only thing you can do about them is learn sufficient level of PVP to make yourself look very unattractive target for those griefers.

Also being sufficient size large corp helps, as long as most of you do not fear PVP.

If running missions solo is what you enjoy, and you cant see yourself trying EvE's other aspects, i'd recommend dropping from your corp to an NPC one. That way, you can shoot your wrecks to prevent them from salvaging them, and their threats won't mean a damn thing.

Ninja-salvagers are the lowest form of EvE player imo, parasitic bottom-feeders that they are. Not much you can do about them though, if you're unwilling to try a bit of PvP.

Post with your main, like a BOSS!

And no, i don't live in highsec.  As if that would make your opinion any less wrong.

You're new and don't know this but Eve wasn't like that a few years ago.

When I started playing this game, there was no 'Ninja Salvaging', 'Mission Invasion' or 'Hulkageddon' crap. Rarely ever heard about 'Suicide Gank'. In fact the new MO now is to coerce ISK from players calling it a permit to operate in high sec. Regardless of what others say, those activities are not normal gameplay. In the past few years, griefers have been multiplying and infesting this game, advertising and disguising that crap as player generated content.

Posting about it just attracts a lot of trolls, much like the ones infesting this thread.

However, this quote has some good advice :

Emma Royd wrote:

There's lot's of ways to get even or bypass the ass. You can leave corp, go to another area, set a trap for them, hire Merc corp to fight them, etc.

Anyway, good luck to you.
