Why PayPal?

I mean seriously.
Its quick to take our money but slow to pay.

Takes forever to top up with our bank accounts , and its customer service doesn't reply to emails (not fast enough to be relevant anyway )
Why don't CCP just set up their OWN payment system where we can interbank transfer to pay for our purchases and games?
A tad similar to the debit card , but a LOT more simple.

PS: Those saying , why don't use credit cards?
Cos , my university is "too good" for VISA and insist on using Union Pay . The CHINESE version of VISA , WHICH CCP doesn't accept. And other credit card providers charges a hefty annual fee . My affinity card is FREE .

If they remove Paypal they also remove all my accounts, and that's a bad thing for CCP. Pirate

Just to rub some salt on your wounds. I have three credit cards, one of them costs me one euro per month the other two are free (as in no monthly/yearly fee, although I'm 100% certain they are getting their own through the interest they charge).

My suggestion is; change your country, make it a more civilised one with more advanced banking options.

Sable's Ammo Shop at Alentene V - Moon 4 - Duvolle Labs Factory. Hybrid charges, Projectile ammo, Missiles, Drones, Ships, Need'em? We have'em, at affordable prices. Pop in at our Ammo Shop in sunny Alentene.

well if you'll sponsor me to change my country so I can watch porn without making the internet police raise an eyebrow and play video games in peace.
Sure? Cool

But honestly tho , that is beside the point.
We all know PayPal is evil and fuzzy .
But we only HAD to use them because they were one of the few major options, but TIMES HAS CHANGED!!!

Google has now entered the fray and offered us a way out Lol

It wouldn't be cost effective for CCP to try and run every type of credit/bank card in the world.

Paypal is established, Google wallet is still "new" even if it is by Google. Not to mention there possibly are more vendor charges with Google Wallet then PayPal.

If google wallet catches on then CCP might give the option to both, but right now they are going with the safe bet.

no no No NO NO NO NO NO NO NOOOOO!!!!!

Google and many of its software are cleverly covered up information grabbing stats whoring programs which gather information on many of the things you do on your computer. I would not trust them with pocket change let alone my actual bank details.

Paypal is instant, reliable and INSURED. Why swap a perfectly good working payment method for one which is unproven. There is a reason why 99% of online purchases offer a paypal option, because of the direct money transfers it is the best and safest.

Now if your trying to commit credit card fraud or other naughtiness I could see why a change would be good, but otherwise, just NO paypal all the way.

They can use the Amazon payment system. Found it pretty good with these F2P games.

And unlike Paypal you can actually get through to customer service there (let alone it's a very established online retailer).

Amazon is pretty good, though luckily I haven't had to use CS for either Amazon or Paypal.

You wouldn't trust google because......

It sold your private credentials to Iran ?
It is plotting to murder you and your family?
It is the New World Order?
PayPal couldn't tell whats your interests are by looking at your transaction history?

saltrock must be American lol

Silly Americans appreciating privacy. 我们中国人一定比他们聪明的多, 因为我们不算无聊的自由. 招呼母国!

PS: No one gives a **** about your personal interests except for some companies who want your money. You can avoid giving them your money pretty easily.

PPS: Paypal is convenient. It's slow with Chinese/Taiwanese transactions for various reasons, most of them don't have anything to do with Paypal, especially mainland China, which I assume you are not from. Just sayin'.

PPPS: It couldn't hurt to add google wallet, dawgs.

Sorry, boss, simplified is becoming the norm.

The norm for an ancient written script based on cave drawings.

Try to take it in stride.

Edit: Read the PS, it basically agrees with you.

Google is on par with Facebook. Dataminers who don't give a flip about you.

I tolerate Amazon as their targetted ads actually match my interests. Google throws ads of products I already use and not have any interest in buying more (and their ads are notorious for malicious payloads).
