Hi guys,

I plan on grinding some standing this weekend. I was wondering if when I was offered a storyline mission but left it for a while to keep working for my existing agent and complete it/them later, would I be offered another one after another 16 odd missions or would a second offer be blocked by the fact I have not completed the storyline already offered....

Hope this makes sense.

Yes.

Make sure the missions don't expire (one week).

If its materials for war, I'd shuttle over and start it, so as to do your bit for increasing the average time taken to finish it so that when you get your second one, you've done whatever you can to increase the second ones payout. The cash bonus part is trivial.

Just remember that as you build up a pool of Storyline offers, they will all be from various agents in different locations getting further and further away from you.

Hmmm interesting. This is pretty much the base for my original question. So far we have had confirmed that you will get offers from different agents, but interesting you say that they don't stack (which in reality makes sense at the end of the day)

I dont know if it has changed lately, but when I had earlier storyline for one agent, I was offered another one for another agent further away. Maybe it changes if there isn't enough storyline agents on that region for that lvl of mission

This isn't true, I have often queued up story missions. You will get an offer from the next closest agent (after your first one)

Are you aware of any point where they do stop being offered because you have already been offered missions from all agents within the qualifying range and whereby then they wont double up like in Zaks comment? (Does anyone know if there is a qualifying range and if so how many jumps it is?)

I've never heard of a limit, but considering the mission offers expire after 7 days, it's not something you want to let stack up for too long. I've had 4 or 5 story lines pending in the past, and it was quite a bit of traveling when I finally got around to them all.

Yeah I basically intend to just go nuts on Red Bull and smash out standing for a couple of corps 0-6.7 for refining purposes and then take the storyline missions when I finish - apart from when the storyline is for the corp I am working for, thats a bonus too good to leave till later Cool

No need to stack up storyline offers, just have the storyline agent be in the same corp you're working. That will decrease the amount of time invested, especially if you intend to build up standing with a few different corps.
