Does anyone actually manufacture and smuggle boosters/drugs in this game?

I'm looking to make an order for some. Delivered to a null sec NPC station but I'm not even sure if this market exists outside of the eve wiki.

The very sun of heaven seemed distorted when viewed through the polarising miasma welling out from this sea-soaked perversion, and twisted menace and suspense lurked leeringly in those crazily elusive angles of carven rock where a second glance shewed concavity after the first shewed convexity.

I fail to see anything racist about the nigerian drug addict pirates. Just because they shoot up marihuana doesn't mean they're bad people. Why are they white though. aint no white people in Nigeria.
