60fps any good with this setup ??

Is 60 Fps good for eve ?

i5 3570k
asrock extreme 4
8 gig
sapphire 7870 xt with boost
240 samsung pro SSD

Or do i need to tweak something as even on low or high settings have the same Fps

60 FPS is your monitor normal refresh rate (assuming LCD monitor).
If you can catch it - you're fine.

As i understand under settings > display and graphics the setting Interval immediate is v-sync off and interval one is v-sync on.

V-sync stops screen tearing thats why your fps will always be 60. As the previous poster said your fps is matched to your monitors refresh rate. Turn the setting off and you might get a bad image.

Will be 60 or lower, and bad image - not necessarily. The main issue that you will NOT see these additional frames your GPU would be generating (your monitor could only display 60 frames per second, thus any frame that is generated in excess, only contributing to GPU and CPU overheat, not adding anything to the scene at all.)

60 is the standard.

the only time you need more is when you need 120~ for 3D, as in sortware renders everything 3D (Projector/monitor/TV needs to be 120hz)

184Hz for true 3D
