Not had time to try this yet but may be someone can explain. If in low sec (0.4 and below, im in 0.4 atm) and they are criminal this means the gate guns shoot them?

So is there an exploit at the moment that if two people agree to duel this stops the gate guns shooting them and infacts means the criminals can sit on gate without the inconvenience of the gate guns?

1) Obviously no, Concord and Police will shoot.

2) Yes, this will stop the gate guns only if the ships have less then 20K EHP and have a market value of more then 1T isk (its never happened before and will never happen, I mean try to fit one up yourself in EFT!

You have discovered an old market exploit. If you have four buy orders in at least two regions, and then make a remote sell order of at least 10 trit, you will be immune to gate gun fire while dueling in t1s and select t2s.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.
