Can not Create Contracts. All People and Places come up NOT FOUND.

I am rather stuck here. I am unable to create any contracts to move items. Any Station location name or name of any Character comes up Not Found.

We have duplicated this with 32 accounts. You are having some data base access issues tonight!!!

Hope you can fix it soon.
