Google troll or ISS?

So I'm trying to figure out is this a troll by google or reality. I was looking at google analytics real-time data for my web page: http://www.eve-cost.eu

And I see:

As you see it is moving on the map. Also the active visitor count on it is constant 41.
Anyone else has experienced this today?
