Don't get me wrong, nubile, but 3bil as max for a nyx sitter is a massive misconception:
it takes 150 days for a fresh toon without implants to acquire basic skills just to be able to board a Nyx. On the way, 1 bil at least for the skillbooks, 2 Plex'es for the character tansfer, and another 5 ones for the account management during the training.
These simple calculations show that the minimum cost is 4.5bil. Not to mention the 5-moth wait.

Well good luck with that...Considering I can buy a Carrier pilot with better jump skills for 8 bil, I seriously doubt anyone is going to pay 6.5 for that.
