Tracking script, no effect

How come I just loaded a Tracking Speed Script to a Optical Tracking Computer I and nothing happens?

I have tried loading the script, unloading it, activating module and deactivating it.

No effect shown when I hover on my turret group.

Also the effect is not shown in fitting screen.
