It may not be the right place to ask this, if so, please move the thread where it belongs :).
I'm currently getting my leadership skills up, and i was wondering : Is there any way to benefit from them if you are on your own.
Is there a particular one man fleet setup that would allow me to get full benefit from my leadership skills or is it only for multiple people fleet ?

No, you (as squad booster) and one other person in your fleet are required to get boosts.

You need at least two people in fleet, in system, and undocked to be exact.
