You could have been understanding. I even tried to pay you more than the current months rent to pay you for your and trouble. You took my stuff and stopped communicating with me.

i'm not sure how this is so confusing.
i sent you warnings and you violated the agreement. i evicted you.

if you wanted alter the agreement before you left i would have probably been ok with it.

the whole situation is caused because you broke the agreement.

wtf mate, so if someone has RL emergency and goes off eve for a week you steal all of teir assets? How on earth does that constitute a good business in your opinion?

And even if he did "break the agreement", taking all of his assets and selling them is a straight up scumbag thing to do, no matter whether it's legal or illegal of if it's in violation of the EULA or not. It's just not right. Period. I would have bid on this, but knowing your complete lack of business ethics, by your own admission, I can see that you are not someone I would like to work with.

I always thought of your rental business as good work evil, I looked up to it.

In business in eve I always take into account RL issues tho. Even when ppl get back for whatever reason I pick up business with them just to keep them as return costumers.

I agree up to the point where you say the agreement is broken, but stealing his assets is the point where it becomes theft. you are hurting your own business. You should reconcider and at least return what is his.

regardless of 1 bad renter i still believe evil's is a good person to do business with however i do believe that they could of handled the situation better then they did to maintain a good perspective from people and not have to deal with drama it has caused which is shown in this thread.

Evil's im not telling you what to do by this however i do think it would be for the best to have a talk with this gabba or whatever and try to resolve this issue so that both parties are happy so that you can avoid this drama in future. its upto you though whatever you want to do

If I wanted to hire mercs to blow his pos up I would have done it after he stole my stuff. I didn't. If you enjoy someone that might steal your stuff at the first hiccup without reasoning with you, then evil's your man. I hope it doesnt happen to anyone and that is why I am posting this. So people know what happened to me.

I think its hilarious how you guys are using a wikipedia term for Eviction as a binding agreement. It means ****. lol The only thing that matters is this:

The Contract from Evil's Original Auction that Gabba won:
Original Evil Auction

how it works:
-i start an alt corp and lock down the bpos.
-you do what you want with the bpos in the station or the pos.
-the first payment is done right away, afterwards i must get the isk before the 1st of every month. (winning bid / days in month * days left in month = first payment)
-you will have all rights to the pos (except unanchor)

fine print:
-the alt corp will not move into an alliance.
-the bpos will not be moved.
-none of these bpos are for sale.
-all questions must be asked in this thread and will be answered in this thread.
-no ingame bids
-the office fees will be paid by the winner
-the pos fueling is all up to the winner
-a custom api key is available but must be requested with the bid
-the only partial payment is the first month unless agreed upon in advance
-all special requests or amendments to the auction must be included with the bid

According to this, Gabba did not break any rules. You might find that the new auction includes "if the shields must always remain up"(bad grammar aside) after the rule about pos fueling. However, the old auction did not include this. Gabba's contract was still binding yet evil stole all the assets out of the POS. Keeping the POS fueled was completely up to Gabba as per the rule, "-you will have all rights to the pos (except unanchor)". This rule did not include "except offline". No mention was made to Gabba that the POS could not go offline in his contract. It was his right to online/offline the POS as he pleased as per the agreement. Also, notice how he added this rule on his new auction, "-if you break a rule or attempt to cheat you will be evicted"
Which is once again why I ask why the term Eviction even came up when it had absolutely nothing to do with the previous contract.

As for Evil, if you wish to salvage your reputation with this community and regain bidders for your auction, I suggest you return to Gabba that which was taken from him.

I have personally rented BPO's 2 times from Evil, I have never had any issues with him. If I had the extra build slots I would still continue to rent from him.

I do find it funny that you dident have any fuel in your pos? I keep a spare month of fuel.. Stop being a cheap scrub lol..
TBH I mean it does say I will break the deal if you dont fuel your pos but it also says you will give the person there stuff back.. So unless you lost something you should give him bak his stuff if you want to remain legit.. Otherwise if i was that guy I would crash everythread you make for being shady..

People are trusted by doing what they say they will do.. So I mean if you want people to trust you, give the dude his stuff
