I'm aware of the @20 minute timmer before sleepers spawn at Ladar sites. Does this rule hold true for Graveimetric sites as well? In addition, what triggers the timmer, your presence at the site or scanning down? Or something else?

There is usually a 20-30 minute wait on the sleepers...if you warp to the site that starts the sleeper counter. you can warp off and do another site then come back to the grav and pew pew the sleepers.
