Good faction standings with Minmatar, Gallente and SOE. Plenty of level 4 agents. The standing are high enough to drop a hi sec POS in Min/Gal space if you fancy running some research/indy jobs there. Szabberin Can still enter all 4 factions space with current standings and skills.

Szabberin has most of the core stuff done, there are only 2 skills outstanding for core competencies Elite certificate, if you like that sort of thing. Also has the skills trained for or close to:

Caldari Dreads - needs Capital Ships to 1 (1 hour 20 mins)

12 days to sit in the Anshar jump freighter
