You have the ability to get into a cruiser, however your toon has 0 instant pay offs.

You would have to put a good few months just into a few defensive and missile skills to make it really worth your while.

A toon of this caliber is a great starter toon, however it looks like you would be better off spending some extra time on some of the basics such as basic missile skills and basic defense skills.

Your toon at the moment is only really worth the 1.2B that has been offered, in my opinion. You also don't have +5 implants in, so you don't even have that amazing bargaining chip to use in trying to get a great price.
