Security White Lists

Many of you may have noticed increased activity from the Miniluv division of the Goonswarm Federation, in both high sec freighter ganking and mining executions(Fred Gank Video). This is part of a long term active campaign to shut down the trade routes of our enemies and those who will supply them, intentional or not. With the use of a new logging system we are able to keep tabs on any freighter moving around, regardless of cargo amount and standings. If you regularly move in and around trading hubs you will be flagged as a target and enemy of the Goonswarm Federation. We understand that many of you may be targets stuck in our cross-hairs for nothing more than trying to make an honest living moving some markable materials and for this we are sorry. We've been debating ways of trying to get around this and have come up with a basic white list system;

To get on the white list you must pay a security deposit, this is normally quite low and lasts a month at a time. For those not on the white list you may be heavily ransomed during the time of your gank- Only red freighters or those who are known suppliers of our reds will be executed in the future, subject to circumstances. If your alliance or corp is a member of the HBC you are not currently eligible for this white list- we may demand api's to ensure applicants are not red alts. This white list covers all Goon activities in high sec.

Rates;

• Rates doubled. Anyone that signed up before the 18th can keep their rates for the rest of the year, added 3 weeks onto, since we've been doing stuff in 0.0, but hi. I think we might be back.

Burn Jita Weekend Rates 19th - 22nd; (This protects you anywere in eve, not just jita, but only for those days)
500m per Freighter
100m per Industrial
50m all else

Miners;
40m mining tax per month per ship. 300m for 10 pilots.
50m mining tax per month per orca. 125m for 3 pilots.

Industrials T1 and T2;
200m per month per pilot. 450m for 3 pilots.

Freighters;
1b freighter tax per month per pilot.

Payments;
Payments can be made to "Seraphin Foad" (this character), please also send a mail to confirm with the names of the characters you want protected..

Alliance and Corps rates;
Subject to how many members you have and how many freighters you want protected, mail me for more information or discussion or rates. If we have freighters travelling that are not listed in the mail, they will not be covered. To update lists, mail me.

Additional Cover;
If you have applied for white list status but there has been some delay in getting your name on the board, you may be ransomed or ganked. So long as the mail confirming your security pre-dates the gank time you will be fully reimbursed in jita 4-4 with all items lost.

You do realize that you must take competition from Pend Insurance (the protection of which covers any and all threats, except CONCORD) into account, right ?
