Alright guys, Here's the deal.
This will be the cheapest Triage carrier Character sold on Forums.
However Still rather expensive considering it comes with a Triage Nidhogger, Slaves, All minimatar capital skill books, Including dred.
Highlights-
Logi 5
Jump Cal 4
Triage
All shield reps, armor reps, and cap.
Full slave implants.
Clone with standards.
All minimatar ships (Days from command ships)
Capital torps, Arty, Autos, reps, ect...
25 days into fighters 5.=25 days from a hel pilot.
Disadvantages-
-12bil wallet
-4.7 Sec status

The Char comes with a Scimi, and a Triage fitted nidd, a full set of slaves, and a jump clone.

Asking price of a 40mil -ish sp char= 12-15 bil.
Asking price of this char+Nidd@Slaves=7 bil(negotiable)

Thing is, if your looking for a POS sitter, Hel pilot or whatever, and or if you have alts, then you can just fly the ships to him, or he will never need to use services that require isk because hes sitting in a POS. Hell, you can rat his wallet up in no-time. Its a great buy with just a little more effort. I want this toon gone.


The only reason i am selling him is because i can't offord a hel and don't want one, and i really am just too lazy to rat.. So Please, take him.

Confirm that the wallet on this toon is NEGATIVE 12 bil?

If that is the case, that means that any isk paid for this toon will go to repay this negative wallet ballance, per CCP rules on sales and transfers of characters (Or have they changed their policy that requires payment be sent to the toon being sold)

It is confirmed that the wallet is NEGATIVE 12 billion. An execption will have to be made for this transaction.

TLDR; If CCP confirms that the isk must be sent to the character being sold and no other character, I will take the character ASIS right now, and pay 1mil for the sale of it with the full -12bil wallet amount.

I have just asked CCP for their rules regarding the sale of a character with a negative wallet amount. pending their response, if they confirm the isk must still be sent to the character being sold, and no other character, I am willing to take the character ASIS, with the full -12bil wallet, and post a 1mil buyer amount to the character as a show of the sale of the character.

For me, the negative wallet balance is not a personal issue, as there is more than one way to transfer assets and items between characters besides contracts and trades.

I would technically be selling the chat for 1 million isk, while you send the rest through a 3rd party service. If the negative wallet is no personal issue for you, then that's great., lets work this out.

I would sell you the char for 1 million isk. While the items are to be transferred via 3rd party for a price. Thus having nothing to do with the sale of the character itself

CCP Does not support the use of third party, in the instance you were scammed CCP would not be held accountable, you won't get a refund :P. Read the Rules and Resources. Just felt lke dropping in. Wouldn't wanna see someone get scammed for 12bil :P. Don't wanna have to say I told you so!

Correct. Using a 3rd party service for selling characters is illegal, however you can sell items for whatever price you want
I can say that i won't sell you this char unless you buy my items via 3rd party. The worst that can happen is you loose 1million isk. (assuming we use a trust-worth) 3rd party service. Once again, such as chribba.
