I am currently in the process of attempting to create a black T-shirt with the Caldari State insignia emblazoned on it. However I have been unable to find any high quality, standard sized jpgs of the Caldari State emblem. My only requests are that it have no background color or text, and the actual insignia be either silver, gray, or white.

Would really appreciate some help, cheers!

Simply inverting the colors of the standard black on white logo shouldn't be too hard even with the most basic program, but here, I did it for you: http://i.imgur.com/HsQZtRR.png

That's like a 2 second job. Just vector the image in illustrator and resize. Leave the image plain white because if you are screenprinting it on to a t-shirt our color wont matter and white will show up better in the negative.

Making a single object for oneself qualifies as 'art' and is not protected in that manner, as long as the item with the copywritten image is not sold.

Dont print a t-shirt with a jpg as a base. Jpeg is a grid based based image format. You want a vector based image to print. Google a bit and you'll find plenty of traced caldari vectors.

Anything else will have the printer roll his eyes at you.
