well you will have to be lucky to find a char at the gemblog price on this forum. However for you ill point out that its actually 1.95 mil SP ( including the reallocable which usually are worth 3x the normal SP price ). Given that 1.04 bil is the price for transfer ( 2 plexes ), that leaves 696 mil for a 1.95 mil SP char - pretty close to the value of the plex and skills.
