Can you use the number pad to interface with it? I would think you could (I've never really used the Eve calculator myself, I have a graphing calculator that lives on my desk that is much more powerful than the one in Eve).

Also kinda surprised never added a simple spreed sheet with files saved localy.

Why not just buy a cheap calculator with a big number pad from a dollar store?

Every home should have at least one calculator, else, how do you do your taxes, find out how much booze you buy in a month, calculate whether it's worth it to do that extra overtime, or calculate the wave function of a sub-atomic particle?

It's apple pie all the way down.

scientific functions would be really nice too

http://www.libreoffice.org/ is a open source project that has a spreadsheet feature.
I know integrating that (or any other spreadsheet) might be too hard (I know it would be a different team than the team that customised the forums, but.. Roll )

It would be at least as cool as the inbuilt browser
