Do candidates have to only reach 200 endorsements or do they have to sustain 200 endorsements?

As I understand it, once you pass the threshold, you qualify, even if later on people retract their endorsement.

OK so it is sorta like 200 likes & your endorsements if timed right can count multiple times.
IMHO its agood thing & we'll have a better chance then of getting over 28 candidates on the final election slate if so.
