Thankyou to all our loyal customers for their patience - we have had a few pilots on vacation or away with RL matters. I'm back from holidays bright eyed and bushy tailed, and the queue is getting a whipping. I had a contract that was declined recently (not this character, an alt). Everything looked in order (NPC station start/destination, appropriate collateral and reward, sufficient expiration/completion time, etc.). There was no explanation as to why the contract was declined.

I would still like to have these goods hauled, but until I know why it was declined, I can't make any approriate changes so that the contract will be accepted.

Is there anyone I can talk to privately about the details of the contract or should I just try the Black Frog public channel?

Either way I would like the ensuing conversation to be private to protect all parties involved.

i have a Courier Contract ( from Low to High sec )
was in the Black For Channel , follow the steps,
but @ the linke the Size was not there,...

value = 2,5 b Size 125.5 K m³

price ??

The size is indeed there, it is either less than 320 000m3 or greater than 320 000m3

whether it is 125 000 or 225 000 doesn't matter to our price. It is based mostly on range in Ly and value of the cargo. Whether it is economic for you is a matter for you to consider when setting up the contract. The price is the reward shown by our trip calculator when you enter your info.

I hope that helps, if not ask further for an active pilot in our channel.

Without seeing the contract or knowing the character I cannot be more precise.

I did personally reject a couple of contracts in the last few days, and mailed the contracting pilots, so the mail may be on them. In any case those situations were one delivery TO a conquerable outpost (not NPC) and another the reward was very much lower than our usual, and rather than have arguments after the thing was moved I simply rejected it and notified the pilot.

Ask for a contract manager in channel Black Frog if you would like more information.

A few corp-mates have used black frog in the past with excellent results. I just placed my first contract with them and am I am very pleased. Very fast service, resonable rates. Will definately use again. Thanks BFL!

A quick note, Eve is not a game that rewards mistakes. I have delivered two contracts in the last week that were set to our corporation, with zero collateral.

Please check your contracts before you post them - protect yourself and your goods, pilots will steal your contracts if you are NOT adequately insured. I note that the rewards were as per our conditions - so these were honest mistakes.


On another note, all our contracts are less than 24 hours old, and our pilots are burning down the queue, so if you are considering our services, now is a great time!
