Ice Mining Investment Opportunity

As posted in my previous loan request thread, we are an entity living in nullsec with no overheads (we are not renters). Thomas Bakhtin is an alt and, due to reasons mentioned in my previous thread, our true identity will be kept hidden.

The price hike in Oxygen Isotopes has prompted us to look at where we acquire our resources from and as such we feel it would be more beneficial to the corp if we begin mining our own ice. We have therefore began acquiring/training ice mining alts, the intention of which is to mine ice on said alt whilst we continue with our normal day-to-day operations on our mains.

Our area of operation is quiet - besides which we are able to quickly move to other areas should cloaky campers move in.


Investment Details

Mining alts have been trained/purchased/in process. Investment required for 16 x Mackinaws, 1 x Rorqual, 2 x Orcas & POS items.

We have a total of 24 mining alts/soon to be, 8 of which already have Macks. We have an Anshar to move products to Jita (inc OOC hauling alt for high-sec). We also are able to refine @ 100%.

We have planned for an average of 20 Macks mining for 4 hours per day which, on current prices, will generate a total of 880 million ISK, per day. Not all of this will be sent to Jita; a portion will be retained for corp use (for our capitals). All ice mined is donated to corp therefore no expenditure is required to buy it.

Current estimations are, minus fuel costs as well as fuel kept by corp, daily profit to be approximately 400 million ISK, per day. This is obviously dependant on the market and may rise/fall. We are estimating a total profit of 11.2B in 4 weeks. To take into account members being AFK/issues with cloaky campers/drop in market a more conservative figure would be 8-9B.


Repayment Details

Repayment will be made at the end of 4 weeks from commencement of ice mining operations. Repayment will be initial investment + 20%. Possible chance for 1B profit on 5B investment.

I take it this will be fully collateralised in form of your corp capitals?

Leme guess, you guys are fully commmited to doing this in Gallente Space? if not i suggest mining in Gallente Space, its got the best and oddly enough the emptiest Ice belts!
