I'd invest in the destruction of bots but not in the hunting of regular miners.

i support any activity against botting / afk players / miners.

i have seen a lot of barges / exhumers that seemed to be without life and soul mining away.
yesterday i even saw a hulk warping into the belt, mining, and warping off to unload.

only bots do that ...

what is the proposed "best" ship to bump ?

stabbers are pretty good. but anything with an oversized mwd will get you results.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Not sure I understand this. If they warp in, mine, then warp out to offload, then they are a bot? How do real miners do it then?

What is a recommended ship to use for bumping? Where I have been actively mining, there is one pilot that will warp into a belt, usually target a rock I am already on, and then sit there for many minutes before warping out. They will then warp into a different belt, and repeat. I run a few accounts and actively mine in multiple belts simultaneously, so I see this behavioral pattern as artificial. I should mention that greetings in local, and convo requests are ignored, which adds to the belief that this is a bot.

So how much does a miner pass cost? I've been gone for a while and I missed this. If I suffer an aneurysm or something and decide to start mining, does simply not being afk get me a pass? Or would I need to pay?

Are shareholders still targets of bumping? Does being a shareholder (and being active while mining) exempt you from 'The Code'.
