How to deal with permadec?

My corp has been under a wardec for over a month and the deccing entity has no intention of ending it. This is bad because we started as an industrial corp first, and still young. It's bad for business to have someone hanging around griefing easy targets/miners etc. We are trying to become more combat capable and any time we have a force they run and dock up. It's just a huge pain in the ass. They have enough isk to dec for a long time. For the heck of it they just decced another 20+ corps and alliances, but are still hanging around our place. They seem to follow even if you go 20+ jumps away. We joined an alliance and they in turn hired some mercs but again, they docked up, deathcloned around empire, etc. It's so pathetic, but no way to end it. We are looking for ideas on how to deal with this so we can operate. We are looking to come out strong and on top, and not bored and hunted by some small group of nolife bitches. Thanks for any ideas/thoughts.

Close corp, reform corp with the same name, instant wardec removal. Obviously it involves all your members leaving and rejoining, but it does the trick.

You could also try relocating to lowsec, it sounds like they're after easy targets, if that's the case then they're unlikely to follow you where people can shoot at them without having to pay for a war. Alternatively try Cannibal Kane he specialises in terrorising people who deserve it, he has great hair to.

Wait.... we can wardec NPC corps now?

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Like Jonah said go live in low sec...Ive always been amazed at how many hi-sec pvp organizations are full of pilots with battleclinic stats that make angels sing but completely poop their pants at the thought of entering low sec. Trust me, I live in low sec and have for years...both in an industrial support corp and latter as a pirate...and it is not as scary as you would think.

But in low-sec, stuff actually shoots back. A lot of hi-sec "mercs" no likey.

Why go away from the iskies?!

Also i'd recommend Cannibal Kane or Stonecold for that job... although if your Targets ever come by anywhere any of us 100 marmite pilots are by we could also give them a good greeting.

I mean cmon i'm suprised this isn't spammed yet in C&P

Kick everyone you recruited up to a week or two before you got wardecced. This should hopefully deal with your apparent spy problem.

1) Blue-ball them. Train cloaking and have all your guys simply sit in safe spots cloaked. It's boring for you, but it's even worse for them.

2) Stay docked. Not as effective as #1 (because they won't have to waste time figuring out you're cloaked), but it accomplishes the same goal.

3) Get mercs.

4) Fight.

If they run and dock up every time you have a force then maybe consider using that time to get people mining and running missions or whatever it is you want to do. Work together and you'll come out on top.

He doesn't have a spy problem, the attackers are just using locator agents.

Close corp, form a new one under an alt CEO toon. Don't setup much as the group will likely war Dec you again. Repeat this several times to burn their isk away, always closing the corp the moment the war goes live.

Alternatively, move to a wormhole. You should be able to find a relatively quiet class 1 that is empty still. Stay a week or two, building up isk and providing no targets. They opponents should get bored of wasting money on nothing.

Form a common chat channel and have everyone in an NPC corp. You can still chat and form fleets. after a few weeks, try maling a corp again. Or, same as this but all of you join Red vs Blue, fly cheap frigs (all basic tech 1 mods) so costs are low, and learn to pvp. After a month, reform corp knowing you can always go back to rvb if you found it fun.

One option on the last suggestion, keep your old corp open with a ceo alt so the opponents keep wasting money on.the war Dec.

Just pay mercs over this tbh... there's mercs like Break-a-wish there'll make your enemies suffer or stay docked up for longer than you can imagine... it'll make your war deccers bored and sad.

This should be an exploit because dodging game mechanics. ISK lost due to this crime should be replaced. IMO.

So you are advocating a decrease in risk for the aggressor, increased risk for the defender without any form of increased reward and wish to eliminate part of an isk sink... Not a platform I would ever vote for in a csm candidate.

Create new corp
move everyone to new corp
Keep old corp active
when the war dec the new corp
Do it again
When you have 3 corps just keep rotating between the 3 corps.

Or split the members into 2-3 corps. Hopefully you will get a better idea if /who is a spy

double your corp isk, then use the new isk to go hire mercs.

See Bio for isk doubling rules. If you didn't read bio, chances are you funded those who did.

Wow this thread sure has some terrible advice from some people who clearly have no idea what they are talking about.
