I'll give you 2.75b for him. You can get a dedicated PvP toon at 15m SP for 5b or so. This one has wasted SP in industry/science, it has spaceship command skills, but no ability to actually fight whatsoever due to no gunnery or missile skills. A project character, but useless in it's current state. 3b is my top offer.

Worth no where near 8B. Lower your price for any chance of selling for that much. If someone has 8B they would be able to buy a Nyx / Aeon / Wyvern / Hel sitter. There are much better characters out there in comparison to this.
