CSM Pre-Election voting when dose it start?

hello it is the 22th of March and to day is the starting day of voting when dose it start it is now 13.00 server time

According to CCP Dolan, voting can't start until some stuff is deployed on the community site, and there is a small chance that might get delayed until Monday. Since there is a buffer between the pre-election and the main election, this will not significantly impact the timeline.
