Not to compound this further in light of what Morwen said, but given recent events, I think I'll take the time to apologize. I empathize with Caldari kicked off their homeworld two centuries ago; that's what happened to me five years back. Those reading this can derive the rest from that.

There's no real excuse for what I brought up; I'd argue some of the responses from others were a bit reactionary and one-sided, but that's just how capsuleer social dynamics work. Being aware of that regardless, I should have known better.

(1) Whereas: Lai Dai recognizes the current state of urgency regarding the loss of CNS Shiigeru and the deep threat to Caldari Prime,

and,

(2) Whereas: LDRSS and LDRBC are both deeply committed to both the protection of the State and the preservation of life,

therefore,

(3a) LDRSS, in conjunction with generous aid from LDRBC, is pleased to announce the immediate construction of the Shiigeru Memorial Relief Centre. This facility will be located in Kakakela, and will provide short term and long term care for individuals who have been injured or debilitated due to the conflict at Caldari Prime.

(3b) The Shiigeru Memorial Relief Centre is currently accepting any and all Lai Dai, Caldari Navy and Armed Forces, State Protectorate, Kaalakiota, and Ishukone personnel. Negotiations are underway for the remainder of State organizations.

(3c) LDRSS is pleased to extend the offer of support to any Gallente expatriate, or any Gallente citizen who is willing to sign an affidavit that they will not enter into the current conflict (see attached LDKTT.15.11).

(4a) Given the expanded threat to Lai Dai holdings, resources, and personnel, LDRSS is similarly expanding its Scope of Operations, which now includes:

(4b) Black Rise, including all systems regardless of current sovereignty,

(4c) Placid, including all systems containing State assets or hosting Caldari Navy operations,

(4d) Essence, limited to Algogille and Luminaire with the focus of creating a Corridor of Transit between Kassigainen and Caldari Prime.

(4e) LDRSS re-emphasizes our commitment to peace and prosperity for all, and looks forward to the day when our efforts can re-focus on pirate and criminal factions.

(5) Statement of Intent from the Executor of LDRSS:
