The answer to both is humanity. The bright-shining glow of brotherhood and discovery for discovery's sake, entwined with the depthless dark of hatred and destruction. Forever in balance, forever turning, turning, turning, in endless dance. Leader following, follower leading.

And here I am, surrounded by the hum of machinery and the crackle of far-flung Sleeper chatter. Patiently waiting for New Eden to rediscover what once united it.

The Sleepers know. The deathless warriors can feel it, in the gaps between death and rebirth.

And we few who have chased the fleeting dream, we wait far beyond the reach of CONCORD. In the cracks between stars, delving into lost knowledge and forgotten nightmares.
