I'm starting to think what I'm looking for doesn't actually exist. But here goes..

My main is a 50m SP carrier/dread/tengu pilot. I purchased her a little less then a year ago. I also have 4 other accounts that I have had for between a 8 and 16 months, that I've had from the start. Most of them are trading alts. I play quite a bit but it's more off and on due to my job. 40 hours one week, maybe 10 the next at most, etc..

I want more then just gate camping every day and frig/cruiser roams. I'm tired of all the so called pvp corps that are completely risk averse and do nothing but look at killboard stats and avoid anything that's remotely a real challe. Killboards are for gankers. As far as I'm concerned someone watching killboard stats is a carebear. Nuff said.

Not interested in HBC/CFC affiliated corps (the risk averse thing and all).

Want a place where I can learn the ins and outs of flying carriers, dreads, and logi. There is a lot I'm new at, but I'm a smart learner. Example, I always spend a good amount of time on the test server with shiny stuff that I've never flown before, so I at least know the mechanics and am not sitting there going "What does this button do?". Yesterday I was jumping carriers to different station types to get a feel for the different bump out ranges, how to recover when you do get bumped, etc..

Leadership that has a healthy view of the game and doesn't get it crossed with real life. Things like spying, scamming, etc are part of the game, and should be allowed with limited exceptions within the corp. I don't actually spy or scam myself, but I don't hold any negative views on those who do it. It's pvp mindgames as far as I'm concerned. I have been known to do some pvp remote trading now and then in staging systems.

Also, I play late US PST time, which means smaller corps are out of the picture, as that's a rather slow time for any corp from what I've found. I've found a good way to judge this is if you still have at least 10 people on at around 1 AM PST.
