The CCP Characters that most likely got the killmails for the supers and titan need to somehow post them.

Those who shot at the Titan has a significant impact to RP players, and also to those who simply want the killmaill to show how awesome they are for whoring on it.

They weren't NPC's, they were piloted by Devs. Or at least the Titan was.

CCP needs to apologize to it's player base, for that total cluster****.
If they hold a live event and invite everyone, maybe they need to rethink how it's done. Oops

Although, a couple more like this, and they won't have to worry about over-crowding....Lol

Yes, Considering I've been in 0.0 fights that are much larger, expecting them to hold a Live Event, and then screw over 1000's of players, is exactly what I should have expected...Lol

I don't think the killmails will be released since that would involve admitting that the whole "player event" consisted of CCP-piloted dreadnoughts killing a CCP-piloted Titan.

screw over 1000s of players?

no, you were given what, 2 days warning and numerous updates inbetween? they told you there would be a player cap, they told you concord would be off, they told you a bunch of other stuff. the only players that got screwed over were the idiots that thought "i'll roll up 5 mins before a massively hyped and and anticipated event and get to see it".

CCP have nothing to apologise for.

Can't see how a scripted "fish in a barrel" killmail is worth anything to anyone's "epeen" much less a reflection of their pvp prowess.

YMMV.

just another thing to say "look, i was there!". i mean, that was the only reason i lugged a mammoth full of atrons to luminaire. just so i could say "yup, i was there."

Considering the OP mentioned for RP reasons (the point of the Event) I'd think it's still valid.

Some people do prefer lore and storytelling to just raw epeen.

It's a nice synergy for player/pilot versus FOTM types.

Ah, well, in that case I had a brilliant time.

I went, I sold stuff, I logged. "WOOT". I was there. Awesome event. Roll

Where was the player cap notification supposedly posted 2 days earlier, actually posted? The only notification I saw was 30 minutes after the server came back up.
