Character Transfer question

Hi,

Im currently in the process of buying a char off a corp mate, he has dropped roles and will be sending a mail out to say the character will be coming to me however that character is currently in fiskl guard and will be staying in fiskl guards when I get it, Does he still need to put it in a npc corp ? I just dont see the point if its going to come out to go back in again.

Ya he's probably gonna have to be in an NPC corp

he deffo needs to drop corps to an NPC one before you can transfer

Rule #9 of the Character Bazaar rules states that this is indeed the case:

9: The character being sold must be in an NPC corporation.
