Ark's require a set of blueprints not used for super capitals; i.e. Capital Fusion Thruster, Capital Linear Shield Emitter, Capital Nanoelectrical Microprocessor, which are not used in the production of "combat" supercapitals. I don't carry these prints and do not manufacture jump freighters

I can however point you to a long time friend of mine: XyrazyII

He does jump freighter production and is the best i know at it, including good deals.

Also join the mail list: "Capitals Trade" This is a good mailing list where people buy and sell jump freighters all the time, and you could probably find a good/quick deal.

You can also join the trade channel in game: "Ships" and I'm sure some of my friends in there could assist you.
