Intergalactic Summit

In light of recent developments surrounding Caldari Prime and the Luminaire solar system, the Serenissima Respubliko of D'estinia would like to re-affirm its strict neutrality when it comes to interstellar affairs. The Destiny Foundation is moved to make this statement on the grounds that one of our Directors has a personal stake in the current crisis. It will be known that the Foundation and the Respubliko will not compromise its neutrality, even with this exceptional circumstance in mind.

Although the Destiny Foundation does not conduct humanitarian operations in areas afflicted by inter-empire conflict or similar forms of political crisis, both the Board of Directors and the D'estinian Provisional Council have voted unanimously to make an exception to policy. As such, the Destiny Foundation will be ready to assist all regardless of allegiance should events in Luminaire deteriorate further.
