Neutral Fleet in Luminaire

With the recent developments, and the imminent clash between the Caldari and Gallente in Luminaire, many capsuleers from “neutral corporations “rally to one side or the other according to their personal political stance to be part of history.

But is there a humanitarian fleet to help civilians and assist against any violations of human rights. In the last event everyone was too busy fighting each other to notice Sansha’s scoundrels taking advantage of the confusion and disorder to kidnap hundreds of civilians in Cat system.

Is there a fleet formed to gather pilots like myself that have no political affiliation but are concern with the potential massive toll on human life of this conflict?

I've already been working to grab people from the surface who want out. I just send transmissions down to open nodes and let em spread, then get transports down as stealthy as I can in security dead zones.

But now they're trying to push a no fly zone over the whole planet. But I'm sure there's still dead zones. Keep looking and dont take too big a risk. No sense helping people if they're just gonna get shot out the sky.

There are CONCORD Bureaus three jumps away from Luminaire, near Kassigainen if people wanna be sent somewhere safe AND neutral. But as far as I've heard, a lot of stations regardless of Empire affiliation are taking civi's wanting out of the combat zone.

It's not just about getting people off, of course. There are going to be those left behind who require urgent care.

In my various Araz excursions, and following the noble example of the good gentleman above, I've rescued a handful of Raider doctors from various containers and otherwise floating debris over time. I have been using them extensively in my own efforts to further medical science in that constellation. It only seems appropriate that I give them an opportunity to make amends for past crimes against humanity. Besides, I've already downloaded an unusual rabbit to one desolate ruin in an attempt to revitalize what remains of that corner of the biosphere. I believe that, with modifications, the devilish "bug ridden corpse" technology developed by despicable terrorists might actually be turned to good use developing battlefield rapid surgical techniques.

For that matter, I wonder if I should move one of my Araz colonies. Does Caldari Prime allow for colonization? One civilization's ruined space ball is another's land of opportunity!

I propose creating a channel to coordinate all the efforts already active in Luminaire with the intent to form a rapid response fleet in case the conflict escalates. This fleet shouldn’t get involved in political skirmishes or take sides in the conflict; however it should be vigilant to any violation of CONCORD law and provide aid to those who need it.

This would give us the ability to coordinate our efforts, asses available resources and to provide aid were is most needed.

Fire power isn't what you want. Don't waste time coordinating a peace keeping fleet. Do what you can now as independent capsuleers and work with what's available.

Grab your largest cargo vessel or modified ship, tank it, and head to Caldari Prime. Cloak if ya can. Get whatever aerial vehicles you can to fit in your hold. Mod your hold to act as a pseudo airlock for them.

There's a few civilian and SoE communication nodes on the planet that distribute information. Transmit to them and hold over the district til you get a response. Shouldn't be more than maybe 15-25 minutes. Once done, they'll tell you where to pick up, who's going, how many, and if medical equipment's needed.

I've been combing each district I can and haulin who I can. Last night I managed to get a Civire's kid sister off and over to Hatakani's CONCORD Bureau. He's a big guy, kind of scary, but he was worried about his sister. I helped. I didn't care if he was Caldari. He's human. That's enough for me. Can't wait to see his face when he gets her back hah.

We have Blockade Runner covert capability if needed. I am moving a vessel to Algogille tonight. DSTON does not own, but we network with Freighter capable pilots. We can transport refugees to Centers in all the territories if need be.

You're gonna need more than one ship. Bring them all.

I mean all.

As currently the only capsuleer under Destiny Foundation's employ, I will be on watch in Luminaire for humanitarian intervention if need be.

I will be doing what I can. I have already gathered medical equipment, food and water along with a few other items for just this type of emergency. I will be heading to Luminaire later tonight. I can't believe they would use a Titan class ship on civilian targets on the ground. I pray to God one side or the other comes to their senses.

Hope for the best and expect the worst. Just keep looking for those neutral and SoE transponders. You should find em easy enough over any district.

Don't take unneeded risk though. No sense endangering lives more just trying to get them off. And one more thing...

I don't know about you all, but if civi's are engaged by EITHER Caldari or Gallente forces and are attempted to be shot down, I'll be opening fire on the aggressors, regardless of Empire affiliation. You guys do what you feel best, but I suggest you bring guns and ammo.

I'd like to thank everyone engaging in humanitarian operations over Caldari Prime at this time for their sterling work in defence of commonly held values of decency.

Some of the faces involved are not a surprise to me, but my thanks go out to everyone involved.

Please fly safe and don't attempt to agress combatants on either side.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

We are stationing two ships in Luminaire for the next several days and until things calm down. The DSS Assist has been delivered and parked with crew on standby at the Fed Admin station over Caldari Prime. Dr. Nalthkh is enroute with the DSS Sophomore and he will stay in Luminaire to keep an eye on things. I have orders to keep to normal patrol duties until called for. If so, I will pilot the DSS Assist and Dr. Nalthkh the Sophomore. Both ships are unarmed and crewed for rescue work.

May cooler heads prevail.

I wish to volunteer in your relief efforts; I can provide an armored battlecruiser escort and a Covert-Ops Legion for emergency evac from the warzone. I will be relocating these assets during the evening to the area. How can we stay in contact to coordinate our efforts? Perhaps a new public channel called “RED CROSS” as the international symbol for medical aid, or perhaps DSTON public channel?

Be careful with putting that thing near the planet. If you're willing to take advice, here's mine:

Get a safe zone about an AU from the planet, maybe less, but keep a distance from it. We could use the obelisk as a floating refugee camp. Once you're full, head to a neutral station (like the CONCORD station 3 ish jumps away) and unload there.

Return, rinse, repeat. You can give neutral vessels in fleet your bookmark to help expedite transport, BUT KEEP ALIGNED TO A STATION OR A GATE JUST IN CASE. If hostiles make it into the fleet and go turncoat to try to blast your obelisk or other freighters, warp off to a gate at 0 and jump through to safety, or warp to a station. Either way, be PRE-ALIGNED to wherever you deem safest.

I believe the State has stated firmly that it will ensure the well being of all citizens on the planet. If the Gallente would stop spreading dissent and accept the status quo, there would be none of this hype at all. The only people being destroyed are the violent political dissent factions rising against sanctioned state corporations operating within Caldari law to govern the planet in peace.

As a result, all of your efforts are all pointless. My people have always been a capable people. They will squash the dissent and ensure the safety of the populace below.

With so many ships in the area, there may be friendly fire incidents if you continue flooding trafficked zone. How does the State know that you aren't transporting terrorists?

No. I have spoken with my governmental contacts, and they have assured me that this is just a Galnet propaganda event and that all is fine.
