I have never felt that he has neglected me,but then again im used to being on my own and i honestly dont mind not having dinners or watch tv together every single day. We make it a point to go out on "dates" which was very hard when we were actually dating (again the whole thing with living in different countries, both with jobs we couldent just leave, and money and visas) on a regular basis, and try to have atleast one meal together whenever he is home (paramedic so he is gone quite a bit).

I know he often worries that i feel neglected tho.. Either because he is lost in spreadsheets for hours or because he sends me upstairs with my laptop and the cats so he can record his podcasts without having to worry about background noise but honestly the fact that he obviusly does care about how i feel makes me extremely happy, so i will offer to leave our living room (which is where we have the computers) so he wont have to feel so bad about it Smile

My wife loves to cook (as do I), plays violin, and is an avid gamer on all platforms, from NES to PS3 to PC MMOs. She left me behind in Diablo 3 when I got tired of it and now plays whenever she's not studying Bach or Vivaldi. She also plays guitar and is a metalhead. When she finished Skyrim, I showed her the new Hitman game and she was addicted to that for about a month. It's hard for her to get much gaming time in because her violin studies are taking up a lot of her time these days.

The only time I get aggro is when one of our shows comes on, such as Game of Thrones, True Blood, The Big Bang Theory, Bones (we like to watch Bones while we eat because it's so gory and it makes us laugh), but since I love doing those things it's more like "Our show is on, come see!" rather than actual aggro. She's the coolest wife in the world and doesn't nag or ***** at me about my playing, even if I'm playing a lot because she understands what it means to be consumed by a game. Of course, I don't abuse this while she's awake because I want to spend time with her, but she doesn't have a problem with it if I'm doing something important. She'll actually ask me if I'm at a place where she can talk to me during my game time.

She bought me a motorcycle a few years ago and we usually take trips on it during the summer, often bugging me to go on the motorcycle when I don't even want to. Why is she so awesome? Because she loves me for who I am and has never once tried to change me because she feels that she married me BECAUSE I am a gamer and musician. Oh btw, she also helps me load and unload all my gear whenever my band plays somewhere and always comes to support me. How do I keep her happy? I never bug her, I always support her in her endeavors, and she loves my big ****. Advice for the fellas: giving your wife a good dicking will always keep you in positive sec status.

Don't have cats now but 'way back 'when, before my hiatus, I had three. There were a few 'friendly fire' events I had to talk fast to explain.

My cat messed up a Lvl4 mission two of my friends lost ships, i totally forgot to boost them. As my lovely cat decided that the sounds emanating from the speakers offended her and she had to push them off the desk, those speakers where never the same again after that.. Big smile

Dogs are good too. My folks have a lovely black lab i like to annoy.

New gf aggro.

This is being typed on my phone as she is on skype to her mother who lives 5 mins walk away and using my pc. I usually go to bed in an hour if i wasnt on hols so shes using this logic.

Her arguement *you have an amarr mission and 3 hours till the clock resets and you have full sell orders*

Rule #1 never teach gf how eve works... it will haunt you.

Heh!

Cats have since died - old age takes us all. BUT... Have also three dogs, two of which are big enough to easily stuff their noses under my hand on the keyboard. I haven't shot any blues with their help, but I *have* lost a Drake that way.

My kidlings tried guilting the Mrs. Random into playing so she created a character. We trained it for missioning (pre-Drake nerf Cry) and she ran maybe 3 missions with us before announcing that "Eve just isn't my game".

Will be selling her character....

Hey, she gave it an honest try. Can't expect any more than that.

Not always. Just when convenient - or when true.
I'm perfectly capable of losing Drakes on my own, thankyouverymuch.
